1️ The Basics: Can You Return It?

f your item is unused, in the same condition you got it, and still looking all pretty in its original packaging, you can return it.

If you’ve had a little play with it (aka used it), we might have to deduct a portion of your refund—because no one wants second-hand skincare, babes.
2️ The No-Go List (Things We Can’t Take Back, Sorry!)
Some things just can’t be returned:
🚫 Perishables (like food or flowers – not that we sell them, but you get the point)
🚫 Sanitary/intimate goods (no sending back a half-used body scrub, please!)
🚫 Flammable stuff (if it explodes, keep it)
🚫 Digital/downloadable products (because, well, we can’t un-download them for you!)
🚫 Gift cards & gift wrapping (you bought it, you wrap it)
3️ Changed Your Mind? No Stress.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to say, “Oops, I don’t actually need this.”

If the item is still with us and has not yet been dispatched we will refund fully including any shipping costs. (Why would you not want it? Cheeky)

If the item has been dispatched and on its cheeky way to you then you can return as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, we’ll refund the full purchase price. BUT—you’ll need to cover the return shipping yourself (unless we tell you otherwise).
💡 Standard Returns: We will refund you within 14 days from the day we get the item back, BUT only if if the product is fine and in original packaging (you know the drill), but you’ve just changed your mind.
4️ What If It’s Faulty or Not As Described?

If we messed up and sent you something faulty or different from what you ordered, we’ve got you.

Contact us first! We might be able to fix the issue before you go through the hassle of returning it.

If we can’t sort it, we’ll refund the full cost—including your shipping.

5️ How to Return Your Stuff

First, tell us. We need to know it’s coming back before it just turns up at our door.

For digital/downloadable stuff, drop us an email—we’ll let you know how it works.

Once we get your return, we’ll check it over (inspect it like a detective on a mission).

If all looks good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method—give it up to 14 days to show up. (Never takes this long)
6️ Where’s My Refund?!

If we told you your refund’s been processed but you can’t see the money, first check your bank—sometimes they take their sweet time.

Still missing? Contact your bank because some take a few days to update your balance.

If you’re still stuck, let us know and we’ll chase it up.
7️ Discounts & Sale Items

If you used a discount code when buying, you’ll only get back what you actually paid (not the original full price).

Sale items might not be eligible for refunds if you simply changed your mind—so if you’re unsure, ask before buying!
